Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”. During the press conference to announce NOKIA being acquired by Microsoft, Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”. Upon saying that, all his management team, himself included, teared sadly. Nokia has been a respectable company. They didn’t do anything wrong in their business, however, the world changed too fast. Their opponents were too powerful. They missed out on learning, they missed out on changing, and thus they lost the opportunity at hand to make it big. Not only did they miss the opportunity to earn big money, they lost their chance of survival. The message of this story is, if you don’t change, you shall be removed from the competition. 1.  Position  (Rights) People follow because they have to. 2.  Permission  (Relationships) People follow because they want to. 3.  Production  (Results) People follow because of what you have done for the organization. 4.  People Development  (Reproduction) People follow because of what you have done for them. 5.  Pinnacle  (Respect) People follow because of who you are and what you represent.

1.  Urgent and Important (Do) : Tasks that require immediate attention and are critical to achieving your goals. 2.  Not Urgent but Important (Plan) : Tasks that are important for long-term success but do not require immediate action. 3.  Urgent but Not Important (Delegate) : Tasks that need immediate attention but are not crucial to your long-term goals. 4.  Not Urgent and Not Important (Delete) : Tasks that are neither urgent nor important and often act as distractions.
